Having a well-designed website, with a functional content management system is only part of the story. Your content needs to be well-written, relevant and current. We can do a lot to help you keep content current when designing the content management system, for example by removing expired events from your event listing, but you still need someone to regularly edit content. This could be a member of your staff. However maintaining the website is normally given to someone as an added responsibility, and as such ends up a long way down their to-do list.
